Very very bad .

Albert apartments are fine when making the booking and their response are quick but as soon as they have received your payment ,they don't help with anything further. I need parking space which I have requested for way before checking in. Noone got back to me . You can only get hold of them through whatsapp and whatsapp call but they never respond or answer the calls so you wait hours if not, days for a response . Their reception office is apart from the apartments. So you cannot speak to them face to face and the people that's left there to assist has no clue what you are talking about. Eventually they said they could accommodate us with 2 parkings. But the lady failed to send me a pin or proceed further with processing the parking . Our cars had to Stat outside . The security felt so bad. Because the area is not safe at all. I'm utterly disgusted that this people would not make sure that their Customers are safe and secured before going home . They are not available 24/7 like other hotels or apartments. You have to do everything by yourself and on your own expense. I might aswell stay at my own house . The beds were old and the mattress had terrible marks on it. The pillows was so dented , They were extremely uncomfortable. I've been to many hotels /apartments and I've never received this disappointment before. I will never book with 1 on albert again . They can do so much more to make customers feel more at home .
