Mediocre service for 1 on Albert Apartments. Capetown

We checked in on the 15th October for a 2 days stay. While booking, i had paud fir cleaning fee; however mo cleaning happened during our stay which made it uncomfortable for us. I reported it to their customer service via whatsapp. No response till today. Terrible service!!! Dint think we will call again👎🏿
