Filthy apartment in Woodstock

This apartment was FILTHY. As soon as we checked in there was a ****roach on the curtain, the bed was dirty, the dish cloth was brown from dirt and there was hair on the shower walls. The staff was rude when I asked if someone would just come change the bedding as it was dirty! They refused to offer any assistance of getting clean bedding at least. We couldn’t leave as we would of had no where else to sleep so we stayed and after our stay the property claimed that we had dirtied the room. They **** and claimed they took pictures before our stay but the attached pictures were taken as soon as we checked in and we just wanted clean bedding! I booked through booking.com
