Does anyone ever get hired

I have been applying for position as per my husbands request for over 3 years with 1fourall Recruitment, never gotten a response from them regarding any of the positions that I am 150% sure that my husband is experienced for. I am very disappointed as there are so many jobs that they advertise on different websites ( Indeed, Jobvine, Bestjobs, Jobmail etc) just to name a few. I kid you not am wondering if they even get my emails or applications on the websites my husband is registered on. It would be nice if He could get a job as the job are advertised but nothing ever comes out of it.I would never refer anyone to this recruitment agency, I cant see anyone applying this long and not being suitable for any of the jobs advertised.
