1FourAll Recruitment Agency and WhiteKnight Recruitment Agency via BestJobs Confusion/****/Sceptical

Hey guys, I've also received an email from 1FourAll Recruitment agency.

They've sent me x2 Pdf documents to fill in. I've done some research and found the exact same forms online; one is an application form and the other is called "Mie consent form" which is a personal credential disclosure form, I found the "Mie Consent (Standard) to be the exact same form sent to me from the 1FourAll Recruitment Team. Also in the email: "Once completed it should be sent back via the following fax numbers":

I have app**** for a position via BestJobs; the name of the recruiter at the time of my application was "WhiteKnight Recruitment agency"; I've done a background check on them and they are Legit, however, what I can't seem to understand is why 1FourAll responded to my job application instead of WhiteKnight.
