R2000 deducted from bank account without providing the R2000 voucher

I bought a voucher of R2000, the money got deducted form my bank account, but I didn't get the voucher. I phoned in several times and always they come up with the lame excuse, saying that they see I bought the voucher, but a token wasn't generetad. Like *** does that mean? Infact that's non of my business. At first everything went well, and I do understand that technical issues can occur, but this is not the way to help clients when you're in the wrong. I don't recommend them at all! Everytime I have to phone in, waste airtime waiting for them to answer, just to hear the same ****!
