No credits after application purchase

I bought a R100 voucher via there application. It has been a week later and still i have not received any credits. It was escalated and I've sent my proof of payment as well as bank statement. Ive called there customer care line several times. This morning i received an email saying ticket resolved yet still no voucher or refund to my bank account
