Misleading

a 1foru voucher is valid for 3years from the date of purchase. I have bought a voucher on my nedbank app but never used it. When I wanted to load it today I couldn't as hollywoodbets states that the details entered was incorrect. I then enquired about it and semd a email to *** and posedy query to them. I have emailed the details of the voucher details to them only to be told that the voucher expired it was bought on 23/05/2023 and according to me I am still within the 3nywar period. Bulelani was the agent my query was assigned to sadly I was told that they don't have any details on their system they can only see vouchers bought within a 3 month period. So my money goes to waste Totally exceptional
