invalid voucher and poor customer service

i bought a R500 voucher through their website and when i tried entering the voucher it’s invalid , i tried reaching out to them with regards to the issue i am experiencing they were not helpful , i sent countless emails they didn’t even respond to any of them when i asked for a refund to my money or to be given a working voucher . i called their landline and was placed on hold for 2 hours . their service is poor cause non bothered calling me back that they received my complaint in regards to their voucher .
