Invalid voucher

I bought a R500 voucher on 1forYou voucher when i try redeeming the voucher it says invalid . I tried reaching out the them and their consultants were so rude forwards me , telling me i should be patient they won’t drop what they doing to attend a R500 voucher when i demanded my refund or a valid voucher .
