DEPOSIT NOT SHOWING ON 1ForYou app

I bought a R50 voucher on Friday 5 April via the App. The payment went through but nothing reflected on my app.

I called the call centre about this and they said I should relax and give them up 24 hours. They also to me to inquire on *** giving the a screenshot of my transaction o the app, my POP and my phone number.

They confirmed receipt of this but now it's 2 days later with no assistance. I just want to be refunded my money back now because this is unacceptable
