Big ****, STAY AWAY

I sent money using their 1foryou service, they didn’t send me the voucher number, I called they just said they will escalate it and call in about 20 minutes. They didn’t call and the next day I emailed them and I was told the same thing that they will escalate it, then next thing i see an email saying the ticket is closed so meaning in their books it’s done but I still haven’t received *****. Worst EVER! STAY AWAY ITS A ****!!!
