As Reliable as a Politician - lies and zero service

Do NOT purchase vouchers from their WEBSITE as you will suffer untold frustration! Their customer service is of the Political Variety - make you jump through multiple hoops, then make promises they never keep! I purchased a R100 vouncher at 8:30 on Tuesday 10 May , wjich should be reveived almost instantanously via either sms or email. It is nowbSunday morning 15 May and despite 4 emails to customer "service" (none responded to) and at least 6 calls , all frustrating but ending in promises of voucher delivery ... I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY VOUCHER ! I notice they do not respond to complaints on this portal either. (No surprise) I will say I have purchased vouchers over-the-counter at Shoprite and Checkers without an issue, ever ..... BUT DO NOT EVERY USE THEIR WEBSITE!
