1ForYou Stole My Money. Do Not Use Their Website

On 14th-Nov-2022 at 14:44, I purchased a voucher online via 1foryou website for R250. I never received the sms and I resorted to call their call centre which has been useless, some female agent was rude on the phone when I asked for her name and provide me with the call reference.

1 Voucher agents were telling me stories of how the funds never reflected their side yet when I call FNB they say that my money was taken by 1ForYou and I should follow up with them. My bank statement even shows the deduction.

Another story I was fed by the 1ForYou agents is that the funds would reflect on my account after 3 to 4 days. It's been over 10 days and there is nothing reflecting on my account.

I do not recommend anyone to buy 1 voucher on their website since your money will be ******. There so many negative reviews about 1foryou *****ing people's money from account and they don't provide sms vouchers. Please be cautious about this company
