I bought a R350 voucher which failed twice on and my third attempt went through however I did not receive a voucher number. I called the call centre twice and was told to sent proof of payment which I got and emailed through, they rep**** saying my payment was reversed and I should check with my bank. I've checked with my bank and no money was received in my account. This is very bad service as they are not going the extra mile to find my money which I need. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I want my money back
