1 for you vouchers

I have had a voucher to the value of R400 till today it hasn't been resolved. I have tried calling but the waiting was too much , held a call for over 35min and eventually my airtime ran out. They are a serious problem , I'm disappointed in them. No replies on emails and no communication at all
