Beyond exellent customer care

On a Sunday afternoon I was driving on Columbine Road and my car broke down , with only one number to call I dialled 1 Com and was assisted by a very helpful gent who assisted with a towing arrangement from my location to my home. He called me evey step of the way to check if everything was alright. The towing company Ak Towing was an absolute pleasure and the driver Steven really made the hassle of being stuck seem like no problem at all . There is still great service in South Africa keep it up guys
