Super horrific experience and bad manager

What a bad experience this was...

Paid over R700 for a clean and had to go home to clean the small bits and return the next day to prove to them that the marks can be cleaned off... The manager told me "We don't make cars new again"..."What if we damage it? Then you will have us fix it" Well in that case why do you even want to touch any car - just in case you damage it. And many more issues not to mention the manager's attitude...

I mailed the franchise, and the owner was notified - never rep**** to my mail included with before and after pictures. Gave her (Princess) more than enough time to reply.

Will not be returning to this franchise
