BAD SERVICE!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Very nice people to buy a car from. Until my car I bought at 031cars gave me problems only 5 days after the purchase. Only to found out my car is mixing oil and water. It took many emails and almost a month just to get a response from 031cars. Finally got a response saying that 031cars will fix the car. Didn’t received further details as promised. I tried to call 031cars a few times and finally got an answer, only to hear It wouldn’t help calling them all the time they will come back to me in a very rude voice. Then the staff member hung up on me. I’m the one who is supposed to be rude for not getting a good service.

If I could I would have given 031cars zero stars.
