I handed my vehicle to Gerhard Van Nierkerk /012Auto to sell my vehicle on the 4 Nov 2014<br> a days later Gerhard contacted me saying he has a buyer for the vehicle and must send the settlement letter<br> i did this and paid the difference of the selling price and the settlement.<br> To date I have made severial calls which was ingnored I even send a lawyer letter stating that the vehicle must be settled asap.<br> 9 March 2015<br> my vehicle is still not settled !!<br> I am going to the lawyers today again to ask for a letter from the court to demand gerhard to supply the address of the person who bought the vehicle from him, so that I can go and get my vehicle back.<br> Please do not do any business with 012Auto / Gerhard van Niekerk unlesss you can wait 6-8 month for your vehicle to be settled<br> At the stage the bank is on my case because i handed it to their legal department and payments are due. <br> <br> Till today 29 July 2015 <br> The Nissam Xtrail is still driving arround on my name the bank and collection company is also currently looking for the Nissam Xtrail reg XZD478GP White<br> Gerhard is also not assisting in anyway
