I had the pleasure of dealing with a consultant named Nazmie on several occasions in the last year regarding the transfer of ownership of my late father's vehicles. The process has been fraught with sadness and Nazmie was both efficient, displayed stellar communication skills, and expressed empathy for my family's situation.
