OK - so I see that I am only one of many VERY happy customers! I ordered 3 of the same item (first order through Yuppiechef) and requested that 2 of the 3 get gift wrapped. An extremely friendly lady called me to confirm my request and literally an hour or 2 later I got the confirmation that the order has been sent. I walked in to work the next day just after 8am and my order was already waiting for me! Not only that - the order was exactly as requested and came with a hand written card from Yuppiechef staff! I am 10000% blown away happy with the service and attitude of Yuppiechef and will definitely be using them again (in fact I am just waiting on confirmation on stock availability for another order I want to place) AND will be recommending them to all my friends going forward. Keep up the great service! |
