Where do I start with this? I placed my first order with Yuppiechef on 19 january 2012. Within 10 minutes my order was complete online AND processed with an estimated delivery for the next day! I really could not believe that this level of service and speed was possible, let alone in South Africa. I received emails letting me know the progress of my order during the course of the day and tracking details for my package. Unbelievable! My order was delivered to me on the 20 January 2012. It was very well packaged, and you could see that every care was taken to ensure that the contents remained safe and sound. the cherry on the top for me was a handwritten card addressed to me, encouraging me to enjoy my purchase! It really added that personal touch so many on and offline retailers lack. They get a solid 5 stars from me! Im busy browsing for my next purchase as I type this. Keep up the great work. |
