I wrote to [URL Removed] to report that the Kitchen Kraft De-pitter which I had purchased from them on 16/10/10 had broken and although I could still use it, with time this weakness could well render it unusable. No problem, wrote Kaylee by return of post: I am sorry to hear that. This item is no longer under guarantee unfortunately but we do not want you to be unhappy with your tool so we'll send you a new one. Hopefully this one lasts longer ? I hope that is in order.
