| On 22 November 2011 I ordered a Le Creuset 22cm Round Cocotte. I was immediately notified that this was unfortunately out of stock and I was given the options to refund for cash or voucher or wait for new stock. I let Kaylee know that I wouldn't be able to wait as the order was a present, and opted for a voucher refund to order the Le Creuset 25cm Oval Cocotte. Unfortunately, again there was a shortage of stock. I was starting to lose faith, but then the magic happened. Kaylee informed me that they had a 24cm Round Cocotte on hand that could ship out immediately, but this was around R200 more than the one I originally ordered. When I asked how I should pay the difference, Kaylee assured me that they will be paying in the difference due to the delays and inconvenience caused. How is that for truly amazing service. Yuppiechef is moving mountains for their customers. Be sure to purchase your next kitchen indulgence from their website, you won't be sorry.
