My order from Yuppiechef was shipped on 2 December 2011. On 5 December 2011 Bercon Express stated that my order was "SCANNED OUT FOR DELIVERY". On 8 December 2011 I phoned Berco to enquire about my order. I was told that they will call me back. I am still waiting. On the morning of 9 Decemebr 2011 I phoned Bercon again. I was transferred to their warehouse. I was once again told that I will be phoned back. In the afternoon I phoned Yuppiechef. They also said that they will call me back. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom. Now I am not sure if I will have it before Christmas. |

Hello bosveld, Thanks for taking our call this morning - sorry to have to call you on a Sunday. We are very sorry that you haven't received your package yet and that we didn't call you back on Friday. Your delivery was shipped from our offices on 1 December and our couriers (who are usually excellent) have somehow managed to misdirect this package. We left a message with them on Friday afternoon but did not get a response from them, and consequently, we forgot to call you back. Apologies. We will follow up with them first thing on Monday morning. Should they be unable to let us know exactly where it is we will dispatch new goods to you overnight. Bye for now.
