No response

I placed an order with Yuppiechef on the 18th Nov and paid with Ebucks. I was told that the payment was not reflecting on their side. I sent them a statement showing them that the payment was made. I emailed three people since then but no response yet. Can I please have my order before Christmas that is more than enough time to deliver the goods.

We're really sorry about this, there was a glitch with eBucks resulting in a delay in your payment reflecting. We are going to go ahead and ship your order right away, and it will be with you in 2 working days (well in time for Christmas).

Over the Moon: I received a call within minutes from Yuppiechef and the problem was resolved. I received my parcel yesterday with an apology card inside.
