Internet Order to be delivered in two days

I order kitchen utensils on 22/11/2011 to be delivered in two days time, as a birthday gift for my wife.
My Order number YC70822.
Berco Express was supposed to deliver this package.
My complaint number with them is BR 20916.
I am totally disgusted that this package was not delivered and that nobody phones back to inform me what the situation is.
Had to buy another gift.

Quite Impressed: The parcel was delivered the next day,in the end it seems like Berco the courier company was at fault. Thank you for your help.
