Yoco is a ****, Yes all good in the beginning, you until they just block your account and do not give reasons, their AI assistance (Auto reply emails) just tell you to read the agreement policy, And they kept my money!!! NO phone number to call, emails only get feedback from AI Agents, doesn't get to the point for them to pay out MY money! you started well in SA - but the people is starting to see what your plan is! Better contact me otherwise legal action will be taken dear YOCO. And surveys will be done on social media platforms in the ECOMM space. I am not the only one complaining about this.
