| So really, from the initial point of phoning companies to give me a quote for replacing security gates, right up until final installation - Xpanda impressed the pants off me! I phoned a few companies for quotes, some didnt bother to get back to me (Trellidor), while some decided to add on removal of my old gates onto the quote (Maxidor), Francois from Xpanda was the best. He was professional enough to be at my place before our scheduled meeting to still sympathise with the recent break-in that happened at my home. Throughout the 3 week waiting period for the gates to be manufactured, Francois was just a phone call away to find out the status. He always conducted himself with professionalism and honesty. The gates were installed today by Conrad and his team and wow, what can I say... professional, clean, friendly is the least I can say. Not only did they remove my old gates, but they also filled the holes the old gate made in the wall - free of charge. A break-in can be really traumatic but these Xpanda guys really helped to make me feel abit at ease. With those other fool companies mentioned above, I really felt like I was being robbed again! Well Done Xpanda. Keep it up! | |||
