Woolworths offer client only poor service

I applied for a personal loan from woolworths on the 22.01.2012 as I was made aware that their rates were very reasonable. I completed a very basic application in store. I earn a basic salary, but my commision makes up for more that 50% of my salary.

On the application form they wanted a gross salary amount, I took a 3 month avg and filled that in these. A week later I contacted their call centre. The feedback was completely atrocious. Had to phone multiple times with no answer, got transfered from dept to dept to finally find out I got declined. Thing is, nobody can tell me why. I got promised feedback from the last agent I spoke to and I also explained to her how my salary structure works. needless to say, I am still waiting.

Poor poor service!!
