| On the 3rd December 2011 I purchased a pair of black heels at Woolworths Cavendish square for a staff function. I wore it that evening and then again for the J&B Met on the 30 January 2012. After walking on the shoes at the Met for about 30 minutes I noticed that my heels fell off, very embarrassed and desperate I called my dad to bring me another pair of heels. By the time my dad reached the Met, not only had both my heels fallen off but the material of the shoe also came off. I am so angry at the quality of Woolworths, when I took the shoes back today, the staff did not even apologize. Every month I spend hundreds of rand at Woolworths and I am utterly disgraced at the quality and service!! Today I purchased a six pack of yogurts from the same store and when I got home I saw that one of the yogurts was open!!! Woolworths, you are loosing a valuable customer!! | |||
