| I have a Woolies Loan and it was handed to the attorneys. Before it was handed to the attorneys I paid Woolworths directly and cancelled the debit order as they deduct what they want when they want to. Then I got handed to the attorneys and I paid them electronically every month. On the 26 January 2012 I contacted the attorneys to confirm the current outstanding balance and they advised me that the loan was handed back to Woolworths. Today is the 7 February and I got no confirmation from Woolworths that they took the account back and that a debit order will be in place. I want my R120.04 back plus overdrawn charges on my account as well as the debit order charge of R6.00. I refuse to pay via debit order and this was cancelled over a year ago. This was done telephonically and I refuse to pay any charges on my account. I want this amount refunded to my account today including all charges and penalties that I will be charged. There is no arrangement in place for a debit order and I refuse to pay via debit order, only manual payments will be made monthly. Please advise when I can expect my refund on my account.????? I have now been placed on hold for 16 minutes with no response | |||
