| I went to brightwater today 28012012, i made a purchase well i thought i did!. when the using my debit card i put in the pin and it went off my bank account. This is when the till froze! They insisted on going to another till and putting it again through my bank account saying that once they switch off the till it will reverse the transaction in my bank account. What a load of nonsense, how can it reverse if you do not send through a transaction? i am now at home and checked my internet banking and what do you know!!!! the money was not reversed! Now i have to go back there tomorrow which is an inconvienance as its not close to home! Totally shocking service! | |||
