Trying to be good customer

I called in to find out why i was gettin my e statements late as I had paid my account.
I had paid over the secified limit and called to find out how much.
My account via e statement was five days late as my due date is the 8th of every month.
I had already paid. My statement said i was a late payer and would reflect on the credit bureau.
I spoke to a burping and laughing afifa, who gave me the runaround and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my problem.
I asked for her supervisor as my credit record is of utmost importance to me.
She then put me through to nationwide credit collections.
Geat stuff for somone trying to pay on time
