I shopped @ Woolworths Edenglen yesterday as I always do and normally I have a very pleasant experience, however yesterday was NOT. I saw the special being advertised, 4kg potatoes, 4 kg butternut and 3 kg carrots, I however could not find any 3kg bag of carrots and after spending about 15minutes looking for someone to assist me, I took 3 x 1 kg bags of carrots to the till with me to enquire with someone. When I got to the till, I informed the lady (who was not wearing a name badge) that I wanted to purchase the special as advertised but could not find the carrots and queried whether I could take 3 x 1kg bags? Very rudely she said that the special does not include carrots but rather onions. I then said that I just wanted to just go & confirm. I returned to the till with the pricing label clearly stating carrots, so she then said AGAIN the special is on onions and a customer before me bought the last bag. I then asked her, why does it then advertise carrots, then she called for someone who I am assuming is the manager. I had to again explain and question the carrots! There is not enough space here to finish so could someone please contact me! |
