I contacted your customer care line on the 25th January to complain about the rude attitude of the manager. I requested a refund on defective shoes that I had bought and had the till slip. The manager and all the staff listened to the complaint and all seen the blisters on my feet. She refused to refund my money and I refuse to accept a giftcard as I do not intend shopping at Woolworths Rosebank again. I shop at your store almost everyday according to prrof of my bank statements that I was willing to present to you.
