Poor Service

I applied on line for a personal loan with WFS. I received a sms back saying the application had been declined. I called in requesting some feedback on my declined application. They informed me that my personal details did not match details they had, when I asked what details it could be they told me maybe my residential address had changed. I have a Woolworths Store Card which I have had for the last 10 years and Woolworths are gladly giving me credit each month, and I pay my monthly installments each month - never missed a payment, but not once in the 10 years have they called me to update personal information. What a way to decline a client. Still waiting for feedback from a team leader at Woolworths Financial Services.
