Payments not reflecting on my account

I have logged a query with Woolworths on the 19th of January. I have sent the emails to both their addresses: [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed]
Details:
I have received a statement for account: 4001 5400 0685 4018 dd 17/01/2012. To my knowledge the card account that I had registered on my name at the time of entering debt review, and the account that is loaded on the Hyphen system for payment is: 4164 5400 0833 3014. Please could you find out why I am receiving statements for account ...4018 and not ....3014. Please check both card numbers and confirm that my payments have been made to account ending in 3014.Your urgent assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I urgently need to get this matter resolved.
