NO STORE CARD AFTER 6 MONTHS AND HOURS IN STORE

After applying and being approved for a Woolworths account and store card in July last year, I still have not received my store card. I have spent countless hours in customer services who keep phoning the financial department and being assured that a new one has been sent.

I am tired of having to spend valuable time off on my weekends trying to sort this out. It is not a problem with the address as I have confirmed it numerous times. It also is not a problem with the post office as myself and my family have received numerous cards through them with no hassle.

I am tired of having my time wasted and having to make monthly admin payments on an account I can't even use!
