I am livid and have cancelled my card http://www.hellopeter.com/woolworths/complaints/listed-on-itc-for-r41-98-which-i-had-paid-livid-729547 please read the Hello Peter report on link above I found this out as I went to apply for a Personal Loan at my bank, as I am not coping with my monthly instalments Now FNB say because of this ITC listing - I can not apply for a loan for 3 months! I will hold Woolworths responsible for the fact that I am now not covered on my Discovery Medical Aid, my car insurance, my car repayments - they will re-possess if I don't pay - and Vodacom is going to suspend my cell phone account....and my life policies are also unpaid! The above has not been attended to!! As shoddy as their service from their billing department!! |
