Hi there, I did some research recently, and according to my research if i received a document threatening to blacklist me then you can black list me, but i have not received any document from woolworths in the past threatening to blacklist me, i never even received a statement for months and months. Now i am struggling to apply for a job due to this listing, i was in a serious car accident which made my accounts go bad, i notified all my creditors when i came out of hospital, and out of all of them woolworths and another creditor listed me. i hope something can be done about this. Please advise further |
