If you want to apply for finance I have learnt that you really should go to a financial institution, reliable, tried, tested and professional. None of these words describe the service you get from Woolworths. After applying at one of their stores I had to then contact them a week later to determine the status of my account. First I'm told my documents were lost, then I'm told I rejected their offer (an offer I never received). Every call centre consultant gives me a different story and none of them can answer a basic question. When I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. They obviously don't want you to speak to management. Highly unprofessional, poor service, unhelpful.
