I opened an account with woolworths in Sept 11 and was promised R500 vouchers, I waited for my card for over 2 months after being promised that I will receive my vouchers wuth my replacement card, The card showed up but no vouchers. I called again the week before chrismas and was promised that a sms voucher would be delivered to my phone within the week. I am still waiting... they obviously do not give a **** about client or customer service.
