Constantly out of stock - unhappy loyal customer! |

As a regular customer of Woolworths I am becoming more and more despondent and irritated every time I do my groceries. Every time, in the last few months when I go to the store, there is always something missing.... And out of stock. Today, a Monday, there was NO basic necessities on the shelves... No bread, no milk, only eggs in a tray of 18... Also, the specials that are running cannot even be accommodated because there is NOTHING on the shelves. I confronted one of the store managers previously when I noticed out of stocks but his answer was that he is sorry but the bigger stores get preference. Why open smaller stores then? I am known on a first name basis by the staff on the ground, they know the problem, they have told me they are trying to get management to make changes and nothing happens. What happened to Woolworths service? What happened to being customer focused? Out of stocks... Shocking for such a big retailer and more specifically when your staff on the ground notices the poor planning and nothing changes, the question I have is, who should really be managing your store? Suddenly the stock shortages are evident, no change in management, where's the problem?
