Bad Service from Woolworths & No Feedback!

In the last 2 years I have been unemployed 3 times, twice because I was retrenched. I had informed Woolworths of this & told them I would pay them off. After speaking to them numerous times, they still proceeded to put my name up at the credit bureau even though they said it was ok!
I didn't even get ANY correspondence or call to say this was happening, which as far as I have heard, is against the law. Never mind the fact that they don't ever bother with feedback. I have also on a number of times requested them to send me a statement of how much I owed them & only got one July 2011 finally from MBD Attorneys when I paid it off. I have a right to request a statement of the monies owed, but I was always denied it & no-one I spoke to was interested in helping me.
I am appalled by the poor service I have received in my time of having an account & will NEVER ever again open an account with them, I am spreading the news about my ordeal so that no other person go through this again.
Most importantly of all, my name at the credit bureau has been blackened saying the money has been written off due to bad debt when in fact it was being paid off & got paid in full finally in July 2011!!
