I bought a top from woolies yesterday (31/01/2012), the top had make-up on it but i took it non the less. I returned the top on 01/02/2012 and Martha was rude and disrespectful towards me, in the way she spoke and the way she handled the matter. She spoke to me as if she were speaking to child, and she was resistant in taking the top i was returning. As i was standing there a woman returned a pair of shoes, this woman took the shoes off her feet and gave them to Martha who gladly took them back.... She preached to me about returning soiled goods, which i bought soiled but she is accepting shoes that were worn. |
