bad service

I was approached by Woolworths the credit provider and was told that I qualified for a Woolworths account, the guy later told me that I would receive my card in 2 weeks, that was in December 2011. when the card didn't arrive in the middle of January 2012, my woman and I decided to go into a Woolworths branch, because we reside in the Johannesburg CBD area, we decided to go and enquire about the happenings, at kerk street, we were told by the lady behind the till that we had applied for the card in October 2011 already and she was baffled as to why we didn't have a card in our position. She assured us that we would have the card, in the next two weeks. We were given a temporary card which expired on the 31 of January 2012, which didn't bring any joy at all, as every time i used the card, i would be given crazy looks by the tellers of Woolworths.
The problem is that I still don't have the Woolworths card, after two months, which makes me think that Woolworths doesn't really value my business. As a result I am at the brink of cancelling that membership and closing the account as I never received my card.
