| My grandfathers woolworths account became overdue due to personal circumstances and they were handed over to MBD Attorneys (also just completely useless) and my grandfather paid the account until one day they said the account was closed/paid off but he had overpaid on the account by R600. 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO REFUND. We have gone through MBD Attorneys to get the money refunded and they just stick their heads in the sand like ostriches so I thought I would go to woolworths directly. Spoke to a lady over the phone who seemed so helpful and I kind of thought it was finally going to be sorted out. NO, 5 DAYS LATER STILL NO RESPONSE. This is an old man, a pensioner who paid what he owed woolworths and now woolworths doesn't have the decency or respect to return this old man's money, its NOT your money its HIS money so in actual fact you are *******. All he wants is his R600 cash or even a R600 woolowrths gift card but no, keep sticking your heads in the sand like ostriches!!!! | |||
