| I ordered 24 bottles of wine via email which I reckoned would come to R1500 excl delivery. Shortly thereafter, my credit card confirms a deduction of R3 200 which is DOUBLE!!. I received no confirmation or order or invoice. I immediately complained via email and requested a refund. When I sent an email a 2nd time because I had no response to the 1st one, I then get a one liner apology mail saying the refund had been made. Nothing more. A day later I get another email thanking me for my order and to advise that my order has been dispatched!!! What is this company doing? So, no order confirmation, no invoice, no refund????? I spoke to a manager this morning who promised to come back to me - let's see what happens. I shan't be ordering ever from them again. And it's a bad slight on British Airways who introduced them to me!! | |||
